With their new website, the dental practice has been repositioned, appointment processes have been digitized, and online customer acquisition has been significantly improved by 62%.

Special attention was paid to the mobile user experience and design, as approximately half of the website's traffic (52%) comes from mobile devices. This addressed previous issues such as the difficulty in accessing the online forms and booking appointments, which were successfully resolved by implementing more prominent calls-to-action.

To showcase the various services offered by the practice, individual landing pages were designed to help potential patients gain an initial understanding of the respective field of expertise. Additionally, these landing pages were optimized to enhance the practice's visibility for targeted search terms and improved the user experience to help patients find more effectively the content they are looking for .

In partnership with LÉROT, the medical team was captured in imagery to showcase their dedication to providing excellent care, and also to convey the very human aspect of the practice.

In collaboration with my network, a tailor-made image film was produced for the practice, targeting their specific audience. This film breaks away from the traditional format of a practice film and endeavors to depict the everyday work of the doctors in a very tangible way. It showcases a wide range of backgrounds and stories of patients, among other things. As the Creative Producer, I conceived and produced the advertisement film, and it was implemented together with the ad film collective Graupause.

Depictions of everyday situations serve to visualize the doctors' understanding of the underlying causes that can lead to dental issues.
