Hey, I am Jonas, a German Designer
who deeply fell in love with Product Design and creative
problem solving.

In my second term at university, I started working at Siemens as a Product Designer (Working Student). Among other things, I collaborated on international HMI (Human Machine Interface) Design Projects, led Design Sprints in Europe, developed a Design System for the HMI Team, worked on projects for Porsche and other DAX Companies, and held Figma Trainings for colleagues in China.

Through this experience, I have developed a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

During my 5th term, my initially assigned project as a UX-Design-Intern at Google got canceled due to market dynamics. So I went out to have my internship at my favorite Design Agency, BuildinAmsterdam(Best E-commerce Agency 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2021). During this time I worked on a 3D furniture configurator for vitra.com and supported various other projects involving Dior, TheBalvenie, X-Bionic, and BiA.

On the side, I am working as a Freelance Designer, where I explore unique digital solutions for clients worldwide. Here, I make use of my background in different mediums to direct and collaborate on multidisciplinary digital projects.

Apart from design, you can see me having a good time skiing (sometimes snowboarding) in Austria, lifting weights in the gym, going on vacations with friends, and doing all other kinds of sports. (Note: Good food is the easiest way to make me happy).

I also love nerding about fashion, vintage lenses (I own a Leica R set from the 1980s), milestones in tech, and beautiful design that I spend way too much time exploring and capturing.
